One 11.3 g serving contains 6000 mg of citrulline malate (2:1), 2000 mg of beta-alanine, 1000 mg of betaine, 200 mg of caffeine, as well as Zynamite®, AstraGin®, Senactiv® and vitamin B6. The formula is enriched with Himalayan rock salt and beetroot powder.
Bucked Up is recommended to be taken 15–30 minutes before physical activity. The product contains caffeine, therefore it is not suitable for children, pregnant women or persons under 18 years of age. The product should be used as part of a varied, balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.
