Ingredients: L-carnitine tartrate; maltodextrin; capsule shell [glazing agent (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose)]; anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids); vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride); chromium (chromium picolinate). The product may contain: milk, soy, grains containing gluten, eggs, fish, peanuts, and tree nuts.
Directions: Take 1 or 2 capsules with approximately 300 ml of water.
On workout days: 2 capsules 30 minutes before your workout.
On non-workout days: 1 capsule twice daily, preferably 30 minutes before a meal.
