FitMax PreWorkout 288 g is a powdered product for preparing a pre-workout drink, intended for physically active people. The formula combines arginine alpha-ketoglutarate (AAKG), citrulline malate, beta alanine, L-tyrosine, taurine, caffeine, plant extracts and B vitamins. The product is often chosen before training when the diet is to be supplemented with ingredients used during active sports.
Caffeine may help maintain alertness and concentration. Thiamine, niacin and vitamin B6 contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism, while vitamin B6 also helps reduce tiredness and fatigue and contributes to normal protein and glycogen metabolism. The FitMax PreWorkout formula is enriched with Korean ginseng, Chinese magnolia vine, roseroot, cayenne pepper and black pepper extracts.
FitMax PreWorkout 288 g is a powder for preparing a drink with sweeteners. One serving is 3.2 g of powder, and the recommended daily serving is 9.6 g of powder. The product contains caffeine, therefore it is not recommended to use it late in the evening or together with other caffeine-containing products.

Dissolve 1 serving (3.2 g of powder – 0.5 scoop included in the package) in 100 ml of water. Use 3 times daily, approximately 30 minutes before training. There should be at least a 3-hour break between servings. Recommended daily serving – 9.6 g of powder.
