What is MCT oil and how does it work?
MCT oil is a mixture of medium-chain fatty acids. Although they belong to the group of saturated fatty acids, they have completely different properties and metabolism than animal fats. MCTs are metabolized into ketones, which are considered an excellent source of energy.
Recommended use: Pour a 5 g (1.5 scoop) serving into a cup or mug, and add 180 ml of hot water.
