IronMaxx Iron + Vitamin C is a food supplement in capsule form combining iron with vitamin C from rosehip extract. One capsule provides 40 mg of iron, equal to 286 % of the nutrient reference value, as well as 88.9 mg of rosehip extract, providing 40 mg of vitamin C. The product uses iron bisglycinate, presented by the manufacturer as a well-tolerated form of iron.
Iron contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism, normal formation of red blood cells and haemoglobin, normal oxygen transport in the body and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Vitamin C increases iron absorption, contributes to the normal function of the immune system and helps protect cells from oxidative stress.
IronMaxx Iron + Vitamin C capsules are vegan and made from hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, making the product suitable for vegetarians and vegans. One pack contains 130 capsules, and the recommended daily intake is 1 capsule per day, so the pack provides 130 days of use.

Iron bisglycinate, filler (microcrystalline cellulose, sodium carboxymethyl cellulose), hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (capsule), rosehip extract, colouring agent (calcium carbonate), anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids).

Take 1 capsule daily about 2 hours after a meal with plenty of liquid.
